The little birds trust God (Pro. 3:5)
for they go singing from Northern (Eph. 5:19)
woods where autumn winds have (Jhn. 3:8)
blown, with joyous faith their (Jhn. 15:11; 1 Pet. 1:8; Heb. 11:1; Rom. 1:17)
trackless pathway winging to (Pro. 3:6; Psa. 90:10)
summer-lands of song, afar unknown. (Josh. 1:2; 2 Cor. 1:20; Jhn. 17:3)
Let us go singing, then, and not (Rev. 5:9)
go sighing; since we are sure (Acts 13:34; 2 Tim. 2:19)
our times are in His hand. (Psa. 31:15)
Why should we weep, and fear, (Rev. 7:17; 21:4; 2 Tim. 1:7; 1 Jhn. 4:18)
and call it dying? 'Tis only (Eccl. 7:1; Col. 3:3)
flitting to a Summer-land. (2 Cor. 5:8; Psa. 16:11; Rom. 5:11)
