One Voice

When did the delusion of self-security begin and what is its source? It began when a created being could do something, anything without its Creator. Ezekiel 28:11-15-19. Here is where satanic delusion began in eternity. Iniquity meant that from that point on, Lucifer (one who reflected the light and glory of God), made himself and his own will that which would be against God’s will. Iniquity, making a provision for self to reign without God (Read Isaiah 14:9-17 also to see the full picture of satanic delusion), the delusion that the created CAN DO without its Creator.

Yes, and into the garden of Eden came God’s opponent, where man, who was created in innocence with an untried free will, was located. The first time Adam’s will functioned on its own, without being submitted to his Creator, all he could do was fail, and he could do nothing to ever correct or change himself (Genesis 3:1-15,24).

Thank God that the voice of God was there to do for him what he could not DO for himSELF. Genesis 3:15, The Voice was teaching them graphically and, in all reality, Galatians 6:14.

Satanic delusion is humanism and humanism deifies itSELF and humanizes God.

The Grecian says: Man know yourSELF.

The Roman says: Man rule yourSELF.

The Chinese says: Man improve yourSELF.

The Buddhist says: Man annihilate yourSELF.

The Brahman says: Man, merge yourSELF into the universal sum of all.

The Moslem says: Man, submit yourSELF (or else!).

But Christ says: without Me you can DO NOTHING, Jhn. 15:1-5, and IN HIM I can do all things through Christ, Who HIMSELF makes me mighty. Phil. 4:13,19.

That Voice in the garden was Christ before He would come four thousand years later and put on humanity. His Voice, His Word still speaks today and throughout all eternity---“It is Finished!” For you and I, and whosoever will (Jhn. 19:30; Rev. 22:17).
