None of us can say, apart from Christ, and functioning with a surrendered will, “not my will God, but Your will be done.” (Mt. 26:39, 42; Ps. 40:7-8; Heb. 10:6=7-10)
Many times I have asked God to take me out of certain circumstances and situations that I thought were impossible or I just didn't like. Most times the answer that came back from Him was, "I would rather be with you, in an intimate relationship, walking with you, and seeing you through the impossible, right by your side. "In this way, you will experience My love, My power, My reliability."
You see, for each of us, He is storing up in us, the substance of His very character, and all that He and you went through down here. He said that He would never leave us or forsake us. (Josh. 1:5; Heb. 13:8).
He is preparing in us the substance of what will be our new name, and the ability to fellowship with Him, face to face, without interruption, in an intimacy like no one else can (1 Cor.1 3:12; Rev. 2:17).
Instead of taking us out of things, He desires to be with us, because He really does love us that much.
"No!, in (not out of or away from) ALL THESE THINGS WE ARE MORE THAN CONQUERORS THROUGH HIM THAT LOVED US." Rom. 8:37
(See "all these things" in Rom. 8:35-39)
