God’s Will, Essential

God's will is essential to our enjoyment of Him. When we consider the fact that God has always been, that He has always been present, should bring great comfort to us.

God has never, would never, can never function outside of His will, which is equal to His presence.

Malachi 3:6 says, “For I Am the Lord, I change not; therefore, you sons of Jacob are not consumed.”

Psalm 16:11, “You will (Your will) show me the path of life: in Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.”

2 Peter 3:9, “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering towards us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

Aren't you glad with me that God sent His own Son, the complete thought of the One who came to fulfill His will, because He had you and me in mind?

Aren't you and I sufficiently secure in the fact that God, in Christ Jesus as a Man, is seated at the right hand of His Father and ours, because He is the completion of the Father's will concerning you and me?

Thank you, Lord, for the gift of free will. And thank you Lord that you freely, of Your own will, gave us your Son, so that for the first time my will would be free in the freedom of You so loving us in Christ, your precious Son.

That's what makes it so essential for us to continue, in the growth of His grace, to constantly submit our wills to His will, that way our wills can continue in the flow of the love of God, for us, in Christ. God is well pleased with us in the Son of His love. (Jhn 4:34; 5:17; 19:30; Mt. 3:17; 17:5.

Rev. 4:11, “You are worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for You have created all things, and for Your pleasure they are and were created.”

2 Cor. 5:17, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, let him be a new creation: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

Eph.2:10, “For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them.”

Rev. 21:5, “And He that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, write: for these words are true and faithful.”).
