Yoke

In Matthew 11:28-30, “All labor and are heavy laden.” If we read verse 25, we can see that God hides in His Son ALL the rest that ALL need, and that outside of Christ there is no rest, especially to those who are wise and prudent in themselves.

The Holy Spirit, through the vessel Paul, says that there are ALL the riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of the mystery (not mysterious, but unknown unless it is revealed, see 1 Cor. 2:9-16) of God, and of the Father, and OF Christ; IN WHOM are hid ALL the treasures of wisdom and knowledge (Col. 2:2-3).

Please remember with me that in Numbers 19:2, the red heifer, the type of Christ, was without spot, and never needed, nor had a yoke. The yoke, for us, that is ALWAYS needed speaks of restraint.

The yoke that Christ has for us is that which keeps us close to Him, but we must take the yoke which speaks of our will submitted and given over to Him. The exchange is, "okay God, here is my will Lord", "okay My son, My daughter, here is My rest for you."

Now you can learn of Me, Me in you, and you in Me. Now you can experience vital union in Me, and when you do, you will have no other means of identity. You will find that My thoughts about you only proceed from Me (Jer. 29:11).

This will keep you and me from being lost in our own thoughts. Yes, He is our only place of rest, where we stay hidden from the self-consciousness of the soul, separated from the reality of His loving and giving thoughts about us.

He IS our life (Col.3:3), a life of true freedom, experiencing a love-life of restraint (2 Cor. 3:17; Gal. 5:1).
