Thankful this morning that we, as those in Christ, are not OF this world system (Jhn. 17:14 = 16 = 1 Jhn. 2:15-17), but simply and dependently passing through as strangers and pilgrims. (1 Pet. 2:11).
Thankful that we are OF the True Man—the Lord from heaven. (1 Cor. 15:47). Thankful that we are His Church, quickened with His life out OF the grave of Christ. (Eph. 2:1-6; Mt. 28:6). Thankful that we are part OF His body, OF His flesh, and OF His bones. (Eph. 5:30). Thankful that we are OF Christ, the Perfect (complete and finished) Man. (Eph. 2:14-15).
Thankful that we are on our way, being IN and OF Christ, to occupy a PLACE of glory in the beauty and majesty of His uniqueness. (Jhn. 17:4-5 = 22 = 24 = Col. 1:27).
Thankful, that as no other creature was so near to Adam as Eve, because she was taken out OF him, that so are we as Christ’s heavenly bride (Rev. 19:7, 9) being taken out OF Him. Thankful that we hold the very nearest place to Christ in His coming glory. (Rev. 19:11-16 = 20:3-4).
Thankful that this is what is ours NOW, IN CHRIST, that we are NOW, on this earth,
His temple OF which God IS the Inhabitant. (1 Cor. 3:16; 6:19-29; Eph. 2:22).
Thankful that the reality of our future glory and dignity OF that which we are OF and through God’s grace, each of us forms a part of a holy (Lev. 11:44-45; 1 Pet. 1:15-16), devoted (Heb. 13:14=15), separated (Ex. 11:7; 1 Kgs. 18:21; Jhn.17:17), and elevated walk is what becomes us in Christ. (Eph. 5:2; 1 Jhn. 2:6; 1 Pet. 2:21).
Thankful for these eternal truths, and that nothing here and now on this earth changes one single thing about that which God, through Christ, by the power of the Holy Spirit, has established. (Mal. 3:6; Heb. 13:5 = 8; Jas. 1:17).
He declares the end (of time) from the beginning (in eternity), Is. 46:10.
Known unto God are all His from the beginning of the world, Acts 15:18.
